I have purchased metal five times, sold metal once and purchased a Sigma metal verifier from Texas Precious Metals. All of my experiences and purchases have been far better than expected. They are very professional and make you feel like a friend the moment you walk in or call. Their facility is unbelievable as they not only sell metal, they can store it for you too! Keep stackin!
Ordered a few of their TX Series silver coins. Nice designs and gifts. Order processing and shipment was quick, got my coins within a week. They did ship the wrong size air-tight case, but a quick phone call and they shipped me the right size. Had the replacement in my hands in only 3 days. I'm satisfied.
Texas Precious Metals is the worst bullion dealer that I have ever bought silver from. The product came stained, scratched and dirty. Customer service was terrible! Texas Precious Metals didn't care that they had sent me a Sub-Par product. I will NEVER buy silver from them again!!!!
I have been dealing with TPM and other dealers since 2015 and so far, TPMs have been the best .
