TD Precious Metals is by far the worst place to buy precious metals. Waiting 75 days and order still has not shipped, and good luck trying to contact customer service which is non existent. If it wasn't hiding behind the facade and arrogance of being a big 5 bank, they would have been out of business a long time ago.
Terrible wait periods. Just got a second confirmation email 6 weeks after the original stating they will let me know when the shipment will arrive. Selling silver they don't have in stock? Not good at all. I realize other precious metal outfits are running very limited supplies but I believe TD has over extended itself during the high demand.
Ordered Jan 29. Today is March 19, don't have anything but they sure have my money. I sent a request to cancel and refund my order on Mar. 18 Haven't heard back. This precious metal service is really bad. TD should rethink this service. A word of advice....make your purchase elsewhere
Ordered 4 coins on Jan 12th 2016. Site says 5-15 business days before delivery. Waited past 15 days. then received an email statig tht due to high demand, expected delivery was stretched outto 30 business days. After 30 days I sent an email with the order number displayed in the subject line. They responded asking for the order number. I answered back saying that if the customer service person read my email carefully, they would hae noticed my order number provided. No response, no coins 42 days gone by. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
DO NOT BUY FROM TD PRECIOUS METALS. PURCHSED AND PAID POR SILVER ON JAN 22 2026 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEMS OR HAVE ANY UPDATES. IT IS NOW TURNING INTO A STRESSFUL ORDEAL TO GET ANY INFO OR GET MY MONEY BACK. NOT IMPRESSED
I would give this a Minus -5 stars if I could. I placed an order on January 15, 2026. They said 5 to 15 business days delivery and sent a fake tracking number that to this day is still not valid. After several communications with TD representative one of the being Colin and also asking them to cancel the order refund my credit card, they're still ignoring me and today is March 06, 2026 and nothing shipped either so I had to call my credit card company to dispute
