After multiple orders, I've learned MB always has the best prices for what I want, but it is always the slowest of any online dealer I've ever used. Packaging is not SD nor Apmex level, but I've been very forntunate so far.
Takes forever to ship (no problems once it ships), but the deals are so good that I don't even care. Whatever Faustian bargain they struck to sell at those prices is working, hope it stays that way.
My order arrived today, 17 Aug. I placed the order on 23 July. The product is in my hand, but the wait was too long. The price beat everyone, but I’m not sure I’ll order from them again. Too many thoughts of Rosemont to make me comfortable.

Still waiting on orders from 16 days ago with no shipping movement. Almost 3k spent with nothing to show so far. First time order. They have phenomenal prices but not sure if you get your PMS or not
The best prices on 1 oz silver rounds but always a long delay in shipping. Although being a 2 hour drive from me, I have to wait weeks to receive my order. Even the delay warning takes days.
I ordered 3 random year proof silver eagles in capsules and I received 3 uncirculated silver eagles in stead. They offered a $30 credit on my next order, no mention of returning and exchanging them for the correct coins until I called them out on it. I tried calling them to place the order and had to leave a voicemail. That was 2 days ago, I still haven’t received a call back. Great prices but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not recommend this dealer!
Great experiences with MintBuilder. Not always, but their Deals section has incredible pricing. I've placed about twenty orders with them. The only thing keeping them from a 5-star is the fact that it can take 14-21 days to receive your product at the time of this review.
Ordered a couple different times. Great pricing! About the best prices around. At spot or below offers. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because shipping communication is slow,but they will probably get better with time. Received what I expected. Will use them again.
I compared prices across 6 different dealers before buying and MintBuilder had the lowest price on the 2026 american silver eagles and silver maple leafs I wanted. Great value all around.
I love MintBuilder. I have bought 1 oz silver eagles and 1 oz round copper with them and I am very satisfied.
