I witnessed the young light brown-haired man palm several of my 1 oz silver coins and subtly drop them onto the carpeted floor. It was fast, slight-of-hand action where he quickly dipped his hands below the counter and dropped the coins. I was in shock but felt oppressed by the fact they all wear handguns and sadly, I did not say anything. I also watched him skim his hand over a mound of junk silver coins I had brought in and I suspect he palmed many of them. COUNT your coins before going in and selling them and do not trust them!! I suggest selling elsewhere.
