Stressful experience. Placed order online and sent check with tracking. No answered emails or calls for 7 weeks. Check was not cash so I stopped payment. When I did hear from them they said the order was canceled due to non-payment.
My order was sketchy as my money cleared but no shipping info. 1 time purchase and that was it.
This time they notified me of shipment 29 days after cashing my check. Did not answer emails, voicemails during that time. All phone lines are being forwarded to a cell phone.
Stay away. Two weeks to deposit my check. Eight days later and my account still reads “payment pendingâ€. Never answers phone. Not answering voicemails or emails.
