Probably the worst location to sell your metals to. First you have to get a quote online and have the quote sent to you via email. Once received you then have to lock that price in. Hero, Monument, and even JM Bullion has a much easier and quicker process. Second, they charge $35 dollars for an ACH payout. Have not run across any other dealer that requires that charge in my expeirence. The website states a higher payout for store credit but when you call for the quote lockin that is not the case and have been verbally told on two occasions the store credit amount is the same as the cash/ach payout. Buying process is fairly smooth but selling process is below par in comparison to Hero, Monument, JM Bullion, and Bullion Exchange.

I placed an order on a Thursday morning and was surprised to see it shipped that same afternoon. The package arrived in California the following Monday. Everything was well packaged, and communication was clear. With solid pricing and fast shipping, BOLD has earned a spot on my go-to list.

Problem #1 - Buyer Beware - their support is operated out of a Foreign Call Center! The first couple of purchases went ok. The third time I made a purchase, for over $1100.00, they sent it to the Wrong Address and it got returned to them. They took absolutely NO Action to contact me about this (not even an email). When I finally called them to find out where my order was, I learned about their mistake. My subsequent attempts to resolve the matter with their foreign call center ended up with such confusing and obtuse responses from them that I finally told them to cancel my order and refund my money. It has now been OVER 2 MONTHS and I still don't have my money back! Numerous attempts to contact them for a status update have All Been Futile! I have recently notified the Texas Attorney General of this problem. We'll see if that gets a more positive response.

I Have ordered a decent amount from Bold, prices fair, average to slow shipping, the last 2 purchase orders (about 6 months apart) have been canceled 8 days after order, no reason. I emailed and tried to messaged them both times asking why ( maybe its on my end i could fix it) never heard anything.

On my third order and no issues. They tend to have lower premiums on select products. No issues with shipping or product quality.

They have quality and are fairly priced.
